@Michael Lemieux in one of the recent BP newsletters there was an article on probate that discusses sending letters to the property address and the executor's address.

Rather getting paid per lead, i just receive a flat fee.... truly hands off after setting up.... but there are some people who enjoy the physical aspect of bird dogging (ie calling, setting up ads etc) which is fine, but i prefer setting up a squeeze page and maintenance.
