Alright so I just got a juicy list of probate leads farmed up. I was fortunate enough to find some actual phone numbers on some of them.

So just your two bits, how would you approach a PR when inquiring about the real property in the estate.

1) Ask, "What do you want to see happen?"

2) Shut up and listen

3) Take good notes
