Probate marketing help

Hi BP nation,

I have recently started direct mailing from a probate list here in Palm Beach County. On my list it has the property address as well as a mailing address that I assume is the petitioner's address. Palm Beach County is very hot for real estate, and many of these properties go very fast. My question is; where an out of state address is listed, should I mail a copy of my letter to the property address as well? My thought is that the petitioner may be here taking care of things and wouldn't even get my letter until they are back home.

Thoughts?

Thanks.
