Wouldnt recommend it for the faint of heart; furthermore, even if you're technically allowed (<3 home private dwelling), the judges who are enforcing laws are supposedly doing so with very little knowledge and people are getting in trouble.

Remember  you'll need to check your state business registry that the name you want isn't taken, so don't set your heart on anything too specific until you've done that.as to your suggestions: #1 was a 70's game show, so that's out. #2 I'm pretty certain that calling an LLC a trust is a no-go.
