Hey BP,

Just as I was about to create a name for my LLC, I realize I needed a name. Can anyone help with with some ideas or where to go find it? Here are a few I've thought about:

LetsMakeADeal, LLC

Kingsate Trust, LLC

FlipForReal, LLC

Let me know what you think!

Thanks,

James

Remember  you'll need to check your state business registry that the name you want isn't taken, so don't set your heart on anything too specific until you've done that.

as to your suggestions: #1 was a 70's game show, so that's out. #2 I'm pretty certain that calling an LLC a trust is a no-go. Trusts and LLCs are both legal entities, and are quite different animals. That leaves #3. But if your business involves anything other than flipping that would be too limiting. And if you're flipping, do you really want it to be an LLC? This is outside my area of direct knowledge, but I've read here on BP that there are other legal entities that are more advantageous for flippers...
