I have driven by the house, it's in an area that I adore, it has been maintained well, recently remodeled etc. 

The elevator has been well maintained and is currently working.  

I know that well and septic can be costly to maintain/fix/replace.

I'm an experienced investor and have tried for years to find and maintain good PMs, but have not had any luck, which is why I generally advise against OOS where you will be 100% reliant on them.
