I downloaded the transcript of tax delinquent land available for sale in Jefferson county Alabama and found several properties listed that from my research the person listed on the county tax records is deceased.

Some sellers will list properties for sale with some basic documents available to download.

Once you understand the provisions, you can download the TREC contract form from the TREC website (TREC.Texas.gov) and draft offers yourself.

Download the form for an eviction action on the justice court website.
