Multifamily (4plex) Information Gathering question
I'm trying to get as much information on this property as possible so I can see if it's worth it. I reach out and ask the realtor,
"...Would you be able to provide me with copies of..
- tax returns
- rents
- expenses
- vacancies
- insurance
- leases
- last updates made..."
To which she replied, "I can see what I can do. That is not something that is usually shared without a contract."
So my question to the BP universe is, Where do I get the info I need? Is all this info on some report somewhere? What is that report called?
Offer any suggestions, positive or negative, on what you'd do...
Please/Thank you.
