Starting out advice with action plans
Okay, so I just wanted to make sure I'm on the right track with the community here.
My latest courses of action have been messaging investors in the area to take to breakfast and gain contact and advice. More recently through these, I have decided that while I am in college and starting out (with very very little funds) I will wholesale properties to build capital.
For the wholesaling, I have been reading and studying as much as I can, while driving for dollars and finding as man properties as I can to send a handwritten letter and business card to.
Are there any other steps I should be taking?
Thank you for the input
