Hi there, I am a beginning investor and I am looking for an agent that is not afraid to throw lowball offers and multiple offers a week out. I am looking for places in Texas (I live in Abilene), as well as agents in or around Salem, OR. If you know of anybody or have suggestions please let me know. I have access to the funding. Just need help with the right deals to start with for fix-n-flips and someone to put the offers in. Thank you for reading! KJ Foht

@Kenneth Foht

If you're depending on the MLS to find deals, it will be a long road to finding your first deal. You're looking in the retail bucket (MLS) rather than the wholesale bucket (online / offline marketing). And since agents get paid on commission, seasoned agents won't spend a lot of time throwing out offers in the retail bucket daily hoping to find a wholesale deal. They know the chances of getting a return on their investment of time will be slim. You would be better served by sending out your own offers daily so you will have consistency.
