They have pulled back to servicing existing customers and only ones who have already been doing business loans and not just banking services.One of the bankers said they have no loans or properties for sale.

Each LLC should have its own business accounts. 

I don't know if it's that my attorney doesn't have "title" in his business name or what.

My investors have had much safer returns buying "done" versions instead of doing the rehab themselves because of the cost, time, and knowledge.

I had been busy doing other projects and this place was on the low priority.

We dont deal with one off JV folks we only look for those that I can establish long term repeatable business with.
