For those that ONLY read bigger pockets and what their guru's are telling them. Here is some recent news on some prime real estate. I know many will say "that is commercial it will not impact residential". My opinion is while not directly correlated, when banks start losing money and increase in defaults lending tightens and large losses typically will lead to more job losses. We are in an environment of one of lowest unemployment, lowest defaults in history and have significant inflation. If people think things are getting better, I have some swamp land to sell you. Just my opinion.
