It makes you mad inside but its not worth the time and energy to get too worked up.My cure has always been to find a better deal, close on it and make more money than you would have on the original.Great story.

Tired of the 9-5 gig and ready to dedicate my sweet time and energy to the Real Estate market.

I have been using them as a selling point too because they use less energy than regular water heaters.

In real estate it was originally used by energy companies to help homeowners determine where insulation or window replacement was needed to improve the thermal performance of the home (both cold and hot weather).

The local Los Angeles real estate market is good and the duplex is in a hip area with lots of youthful energy and people lining up to rent if used as investment.

Or do i have to bite the bullet on this?

Good info so far, surprisingly, and the energy is great for getting motivated to take action, but WOW - what a crazy hard sell for a VERY expensive coaching program!
