The unit itself is a corner unit on the golf course, beautiful view (golf course + city view + some ocean view).  

BC Is off the charts beautiful place with not near the population we have..

There may be 100s of communities that can fit that 1% rule and that's the beauty of out-of-state investing!

I want to make it a rental and its already beautiful and the seller left really nice couches,dressers,tables and literally everything there.

Super old but with A LOT OF renovations it would have been beautiful.

Downstairs has high ceilings throughout, a beautiful staircase, original 5 panel doors, french doors, an extra large kitchen, dining room, family room, bedroom, full bath, indoor laundry and tons of storage.

We rent our primary home for 5 months during the high season (we are in Oregon wine country, surrounted by vineyards and BEAUTIFUL views over the valley.
