I’ve been taking all of the steps to be successful. Networking, finding an agent, finding contractors, finding properties, actually putting in the leg work. So far so good. Ive been to about 6 properties this week, 7 if you include today. So far none are under contract. 5 weren’t what I thought they were and the 6th one was an amazing property. Super old but with A LOT OF renovations it would have been beautiful. In a beautiful neighborhood and a great market. Next day me and my agent were prepared to make an offer and it was GONE. That one hurt. Today’s property looked promising. Needs a little work but in a growing market. Right now it’s on hold for a few more days but we’re looking to make a bid. Just wanted to tell anyone who was discouraged to get used to the “No’s”. The best thing you can be told is no, or not right now. Once your used to the no’s the anxiety you get when facing an obstacle becomes so much more manageable. Hope everyone had a great day. Happy Flipping!
