Furnished or partly Furnished rental. Good idea?

So just closed on a property. I want to make it a rental and its already beautiful and the seller left really nice couches,dressers,tables and literally everything there. High end nice stuff and fits property perfect already. Would you leave there for renters or get everything out? the only thing im not crazy about is the beds but everything else is really really nice and high end.
