hello. my name is eli. sorry for no caps, but i mean well. lol. i live in the lowcountry area. SeAfOoD CapItOl of the world. (Charleston SC). not the most educated, work in progress. i have 2 rental properties so far. working on my third. buy and hold type of guy. BIG warren buffet, john bogle fan. i love to see the common man, under dog win. which is why i love real estate.   i have learned sooo much from the bigger pockets culture. you have no idea how much you have educated me in the past year. i am a degenerate. born and raised around such. i don't know anyone who truly cares about tomorrow in my life. so i am here looking for my creed. lol.  all i need is for you to continue to be beautiful folks. i just watch and take notes and i get everything i need. books are great, but cant compare to every day people going through the motions and so willing to share there knowledge. who needs gurus when you got good hearted hustlers?? AM I RIGHT?!?! LOL. i love you folks. i really do. b safe out there this holiday season, and i so wish you prosperity in the new year. God bless.
