You're also pretty much stuck providing wi-fi if doing short-term, and that's a huge pain in the butt (and more liability too).Consider furnishing the place.You'll likely get visiting professionals who need something very short-term or international students.There's a whole lot of turnover if you're doing short-term like this.Also consider the area.

They have beautified the yard and the house, and the house doesn't smell like a large wet dog at all:) I was impressed by that, since I can definitely smell dog (particularly retrievers) when I visit other people's homes who have them.

You're right....we were back there in 2011 & 2012 visiting family.My 1st home (1968) on Nth Tce Nth Adelaide sold a couple of years ago for a LOT & most of the front yard was gone due to road widening.Our large home in the Seacliff area was been torn down & 5 town homes were built in its place.

I believe using a local area code shows you are out scamming and are around the area plus it may give the owner assurance in knowing you know your stuff since you possibly live there.
