Hi All. I've been listening to the BP podcasts for a few weeks and thought I better get on here and increase the 'absorption' rate. I've had a bit of experience working for a builder selling homes which I finished a couple of years ago. Now looking at doing some splitters to build up cash so I can find some positive cashflow deals to hang on to. I've been thinking about getting a couple of deals in the US - there's a fair amount of marketing over here for that. One guy doing the rounds at the moment is Brian Payton - talking about 20% cash flow deals in the US. Anyone know much about him?
