Coming from Vancouver BC Canada, I know first hand what insanely hot looks like (see articles recently about folks lining up for DAYS to buy pre-sale condos!)

I'm here to learn and achieve.  

This is my first “blog/forum” and will help me achieve my goal of sharing more experiences and information through blogging.

I've been through 2 refinances and gotten 1 new loan in the past 12 months and I've seen first hand how difficult it is to get financing today.

I'd also recommend reaching out to others in your area privately, you'll find you can achieve your goals a lot quicker through more connections.

However, a partner or partners can help you achieve the same goal.

I live in Jersey City and am seeing it first hand what you mean regarding the crazy sellers market.

I have always been very leery of entering or committing into anything without having at least a small well of knowledge about the topic.My wife and I are very hopeful that with this enlightning awakening to the world of real estate investing that we will achieve all our future financial goals.  

The combination of strategies and systems implemented by a well-trained team under a great leader could lead to a massive competitive advantage just like what you've achieved.
