Jack Smith - Draper, Utah - New investor
Hello BP, My name is Jack.
I recently left my position at an investment bank to dive into real estate investment full time.
My goals for the next year:
- Fix and Flip four properties, netting at least 15 k per flip.
- Acquire six cash flowing units, making at least 100 USD per month cashflow.
I am looking to complete these within the next twelve calendar months. (Due: 06/01/2016)
