Ian Hurdle Investing Advice for San Antonio
26 February 2021 | 20 replies
@Ian HurdleAwesome stuff Ian, I'm a navy vet and have lived here for about 10 years, I'm currently working with investors from Denver and California, people are definitely interested in this market. If you look at charts of market crashes San Antonio is pretty consistent, no crazy up or downs due to the background of employers here and also the military bases. We have lagged behind a little bit in areas such as appreciation compared to Austin Houston and DFW but now that Austin is becoming so expensive people are starting to trickle down here. The majority of the nation will be seeing more appreciation due to inventory, interest rates, supply and demand constraints, and most likely future first time home buyer tax credits.
