The job pays the bills and give me health insurance for myself and family but after taxes and all that I'm bringing home $3200 (after taxes and insurance, before bills) a month so its not like i'm making a ton. 

I also have property managers for my out of state properties,  I negotiated 8% with these too.  The

Eli Lily (pharma), Elanco (spin off company from Eli Lily), IU Health Network, Purdue University, Indy Motor Speedway are all developing as we speak.

However, finding the best way will ultimately depend on the market you're in, the type or size of deal you're looking for, and the health of the market that you're in.

In the past week San Diego county supervisors passed a “temporary” ban on evictions (except for ”imminent health and safety threat”) and set maximum rent increases at the CPI. 

We also have Jeep, Libey Glass (Next time you go out to eat look at the bottom of the glass for the "Libbey" stamp), and obviously we have Owens Corning and Promedica and Mercy health systems. 

Delila has a Masters of Arts degree and works as a Home Health Occupational Therapist.Both Alex and Delila are also real estate investors who plan on flipping even more properties in 2019!
