What is a software you’d recommend for property management ?

For me collecting cash from tenants while living nearby won’t work in long term as I am a software consultant by occupation and want to focus less on dealing with tenants, maintaining the property which can be very frustrating.

Should I be investing in a good lead gen software?

What software, etc. you have found helpful would be appreciated.

Get on a software?

Once that transition occurs, you can't really dictate that they use your software and processes - you are not their only client, so they cannot be expected to bend everything to your will. 

I think the what I am getting at is I need 2 years of paystubs from any kind of commission job (I was previously in software sales, now real estate).

I just got my first Duplex and now I have to collect rent. I'm new to the landlord game and I'm looking for a place online my tenants can go to and pay their rent. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi - I am looking for software that can make editing leases easier, help accept new tenant applications, send out new leases and such - background checks are not necessary but would be nice.
