Success Tips for New Real Estate Agents

Hi all! I'm a new agent with eXP Realty. They are my first brokerage and I've been with them since May 2020 as an independent agent. After about a month I joined a Team down here in Miami but I'm not sire how to feel about it.

I'm still learning so I dont know if I have made the best decision as to my Broker and team selection.

What is your best advice to someone starting in the industry?

What investments should I be making?

Any strategy tips?

What do you wish you would have known starting out?

@Kimberly Gonzalez - Did you get your eXp assigned local mentor?  Have you met with them and started learning from them?  Did you complete all the Fast Start and Intro courses in eXp World?  Have you completed your eXpand new agent training course?  

There's a lot to do as a new agent, getting licensed is the easy part!  Now you have to keep up the motivation and get learning!  

You should also be able to leverage your team lead and your sponsor for help.
