New to REI and Wholesaling

Posted

I am looking for legit information and system to use to help me build a REI company. I would like to start by building capital through wholesale and virtual wholesale would be amazing. I don't want to be ripped off and want legit information that will help me reach my goals. Any guidance on what has worked well for you would be appreciated. What software, etc. you have found helpful would be appreciated.

It is in virtual investments that you have a high risk of losing money.

For example, you ask for help here from virtual interlocutors. But you have not specified your photo or filled out your profile. Does the seller want to deal with a person without a face and without a personal history?

Investing in real estate is difficult in itself. Read Jonathan Greene's article "All the Reasons Not to Invest in Real Estate"

It's safer for first-time investors to start with normal local investments.

The key business process is lead generation. You will need a website and a CRM. Investors most often use WordPress for the website and Podio as CRM.
