My main concern is the heat requirement - there's one gas heater in the house, but there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living area without a specified heating element. 

They are the bible you operate from in regards to all tenant issues.If you do not know the laws and understand how they are enforced you should not be involved in any way in dealing with tenants.All PMs and landlords must know the laws or should never be interacting with tenants.

You even find that interacting with them becomes a natural part of the interaction.I'm Asperger's.

They are live and interactive and filled with great stuff!!

I had so much fun coming up with themes and decorating and finding all of the item to fit the themes etc. and was looking forward to interacting with travelers from all over the world.

If you are not very comfortable with it, I would suggest looking for a relatively newer property or one that has been updated including the structural elements.

You can pass some of those uncomfortable interaction off as part of your "job."

Are there any other elements I should pay particular attention to at this point in the process?
