It is my first time visiting there, and I would love to connect with local investors, turnkey and BRRR service providers, or anyone who just want to grab a drink in downtown and chat real estate.

@Kaz Miyazaki we are hoping to chat with him/her about the amount based on how "easy" it will be to do (i.e. we are not looking to scape the current structure and I can clearly see a path to add about ~200/300 without needing to build up).

I do not currently have a area of focus as i am still trying to see which market makes the most sense for me to enter.i actually do have a few questions i want to ask but im not sure if i should make a separate post for each question or just ask them all on here...looking forward to interacting and meeting some of your in the near future!
