Looking to add sqft in Moss Beach, CA

Hey everyone,

I am looking to add some square feet to a property in Moss Beach, CA. The goal is to ideally add 1 bedroom and 1 full bath. Looking for someone to provide bids on different layouts/opportunities and help assess the most strategic way to do the project.

If anyone has a GREAT GC they know that has some experience in a project like this it would be greatly appreciated. There are a lot of other items that we are doing as well that we are more than happy to get a bid for. Looking for someone who can do this in a timely manner and give the project their attention.
