LOL I've done over 70+ (lost count) short sale flips and did have done enough kitchen table sit downs with seller to know...that the seller usually dont give a ****... they just want to avoid foreclosure...Now... you probably got the bank freaked out... and that move alone may force your seller into a foreclosure...I'm just stating what happens in the trenches...
