Almost all the land for developers is being sold by the BLM.

I am strongly consideration going the route of purchasing distressed and/or vacant properties (commercial, factory, warehouse, multi-family, etc.) for development in an effort to restore neighborhoods. 

Fortunately for me the bank eventually listened to reason.I do not consider myself a subject matter expert nor do I pretend to know all the best ways to solve these problems.

I feel more confident and prepared now since joining BP.I'm a software developer by trade but have many a hobby and skills. 

This was a hotel that was converted to individual ownership condo's.The developer did very well with it, and sold them all in a year

I’ve been flipping/developing for 6 years in the Minneapolis area.

I'm developing a direct marketing campaign targeted at eviction filings in the El Paso area.

I've actually been promoted at work to include Business Development and have been put in charge of marketing.

-In speaking with the seller, I've already set him up to be open to the idea of me paying off the tax lien, paying him a monthly annuity, and eventually cashing him out. 

My main goal is to eventually have enough rentals to replace my day job.
