Phoenix AZ Investor new to BP

Good day folks,

Love this site and the podcasts, wish I found it sooner.  I recently sold my 2 rental properties with the intent to get into the rehab game in the Phoenix Metro area.  I feel more confident and prepared now since joining BP.

I'm a software developer by trade but have many a hobby and skills.  Standup comedy, football, scifi, video games, hiking and astronomy are some of my favorite things; I also dabble a little in diy handy man space, everything from home repairs and improvement to automotive repairs and anything technology related. 

Look forward to learning more and to contribute to this awesome community.

@Romel Q.Welcome to the BP community in AZ. Arizona is a great place to invest in real estate. Our AZREI is one of the best REIs in the the nation (so I have heard said by many others. I personally haven't gone to other state's REI groups so I'm not sure if it truely is the best but other successful investors have said that it is).

There are also a lot of meet up groups that I have gone to that are great too. It is all about building relationships and getting out there and meeting people. This up coming Tuesday there is the Phoenix meetup which has been one of my favorite meet ups and then on Wednesday I am hosting a small meet up in Mesa.
