Not counting remodeling that we will need to do to make the rest of the place look decent and attract the right tenants.

I count with the biggerpocket community to help me reach my goal and tomorrow be a better biggerpocketer to pay back with my knowledge and good deals. 

These systems allow you to track leads easily rather than counting calls from Google Voice and trying to determine what was the cause for their call. 

We average close to 90% occupancy rate(counting the 17-21 days we use is as vacant).  

I am confused on how one continues to move forward because when I read the Fannie guidelines they say a primary residence can only be counted (the new rental income) if there is at least 30% equity.

I really enjoy working with computers/technology, hiking, and running.I don't have much experience in real estate, although I have made a few offers on houses in the past, if that counts for anything.

I don't feel like I want to count on the information fed to me by an agent.

The property is now being auctioned and the FINAL SUMMARY JUDGEMENT OF FORECLOSURE mentions the mortgage lender as the Plaintiff and the HOA as the Cross Plaintiff.
