FORECLOSURE LENDER PLAINTIFF AND HOA CROSS PLAINTIFF

There is a property whose FMV is 1.1 million. Owner got a 672k mortgage in 2006. The lender files a Lis of Pendens but later requested an ORDER OF DISMISSAL OF LIS OF PENDENS. In the meantime HOA filed a Lien for 90 k. The property is now being auctioned and the FINAL SUMMARY JUDGEMENT OF FORECLOSURE mentions the mortgage lender as the Plaintiff and the HOA as the Cross Plaintiff. However, the FINAL JUDGEMENT AMOUNT reflects only what the HOA is trying to collect. If I win this property, can the mortgage lender come after me to pay the mortgage cosndiering they are plaintiff for this foreclosure?
