With little or negative cash flow the property could become a black hole.You really need to develop goals you want to achieve with REI.

When I am given the statements I hold them in confidence and they black out account numbers etc.The key really for you is your goals and how much money you have to start with and time line.

The seller can say don't sell this property to a family or pregnant women,or and elderly couple, blacks, and Hispanics.
