1. What did you find? What condition was it in?

2. How many did you buy? Did they redeem?

3. What was the cost of repairs?

4. Did the HOA challenge your ownership/right of possession?

5. Was money owed to the HOA?

6. Was the HOA functional? Defunct? Was it being mismanaged? Was fraud present?

7. Is this a move for rookie investor?

8. Did you flip it? Or rent it? Or move in it? Or fail?
