You need to do some marketing to find the motivated sellers.Also, how is anyone going to know you if you have no information on your profile???

Ad anyone you end up connecting with on BP, you might want to go to their profile and read their responses to other forum posts.

Be sure to set up your key word alerts in your profile so your notified about any subjects you'd like to expand on.

In NYC there is the department of buildings that give a property profile overview. 

These little houses I'm building are entry level (first time buyer profile) but have excellent margins.Thus far, I've self funded everything but I'm looking to really scale and would love some advice on what makes sense.
