New Investor Utah Financing

Hello Everyone first off sorry for no picture. I'm not some weird person I just couldn't get the profile picture to upload. haha!

My wife and I are working on entering the real estate world. Our main objective is to begin purchasing Hold Properties and buy more and more down the road. To hopefully buy more at a quicker rate to help us get going we have partnered up with real estate agent that is also a good friend to flip a home. The big obstacle/question right now is financing. We want to consider all financing options and see what will fit our needs the best. From going to the bank, hard money lenders, private investors, etc. I know we can't ask for specific sources and that is fine we could just use some help on knowing what direction to take. If anybody would be willing to give advice from the years of wisdom that they have. It would be much appreciated!
