Hello all, the process of BiggerPockets has been a pleasure thus far and I am genuinely looking forward to the future as a member! I have decided to register here for several reasons, and they are as follows; graduating from Rutgers University in 2013 with a BA in Economics, I have steadily pursued a career in real estate, specifically development, with some success in internships and contracted positions, although present day very little success in fulfilling a 'career'. Stumbling upon BiggerPockets today was a refreshment to have the opportunity to meet and connect with like-minded individuals. Now continuing my reasoning for my presence, is to be aligned with the appropriate individuals for this guidance either through internship experience or an opportunity in a career, and through this I only hope to gain stronger industry knowledge that I can personally use long-term for personal goals. Residing in New Jersey with local access to New York, I feel like my potential through my market, my passion, and goals is uncapped, although at the moment I need guidance! Development is the forefront of my passion, having seen the growth on the 'golden coast' of the Hudson River in past years, having been raised by a carpenter the past 26 years, I genuinely feel like this is the course for me in life.
