I would also want both fresh water and sewer test post foundation repair. 

I live in Detroit, but my family and I moved to Oklahoma for a fresh start.

I see a lot of these non-legal garden units that are finished.

I literally did it yesterday so it is very fresh in my memory.

Finally, we knew there a number of improvements like a fresh coat of paint on the wood paneling, removing the popcorn ceilings, and small bathroom remodels, wouldn't cost us a lot of money out of pocket, but would provide us a modern appeal.

The old paint will need to be scrapped off and then it will need to receive a fresh paint job.Please let me know if you know of anyone who would be a good referral.
