Although sounds like that number is largely due to buildings just finishing construction. 

If so, what type of finishes do they have?

I'm assuming these properties are sold as is, but am wondering some ways to go about having a solid due diligence process.

Then we just had him split them into 4 separate plans and we dropped them at the building department on a unit by unit basis- when we were finishing up one, we dropped another for approval and went down the line.

Good to know but I will most likely be switching fields temporarily come next year once I finish school, your point just hammers the need to change eventually.
