Tax free profit is sounding pretty good but that's obviously a 1 time thing and we already have cash sitting on the sidelines waiting for the next project.Thoughts and ideas would be much appreciated.

Last month was a rocking meeting from a few thousand dollar deals to one person offering a million dollar deal.  

These are people who have actually put their property up for sale and are still waiting for buyers but have been unsuccessful for one reason or another.

Now I'm waiting to see how much of my money I'll get back.

Sometimes they hire someone, sometimes they do it themselves and we usually have to send them a "friendly reminder" once or twice a season, but it can save thousands.

Sounds like there is only 1 issue truly holding up settlement.Are you two going to figure out a way to address the painting and close or sit around and wait for the contract to expire?

From a cashflow perspective this looks like a dog unless those Airbnb units bring in a couple thousand on a regular basis.
