What's your longest lasting tenant ?

Just curious what's the record here for the longest staying tenant in one of there doors ? Anybody had one that has almost paid off the mortgage by themselves ?

Two old ladies been there for 16 years & they are adorable. Another one we have is going on 15 years living in his rent-to-own duplex. The 3rd is going on 13 years in fact I offered her the home for $1 (we got it for $12,500) but she declined. All direct deposit on-time, pay all their own utilities & are golden.
