Sometimes when landlords have posted regarding tenants having insects in their units, someone facetiously posts that it is a violation of "no pets" to have those critters.So, I was watching a show on TLC this week, and an episode included what is in the link below.

Do you see clear violations of HOA rules?

I have a few real estate contracts but i don't want to violate any local laws and lack the money to revice them an attorney$$$.

It means the idea of getting rich in real estate without having any money is not attainable without violating Oklahoma law.

Shortly after, I received two property violations from the city.  

If you have a post that is moderated it is not held against you, unless there are flagrant and or repeated violations.

Note that _technically_ caulking the trim rings is a Code violation but I would personally not have issue with it, and it's highly unlikely that it would be noticed by an inspector anyway.

You will send them a 5 day demand or whatever is required by your state eviction laws and they will call the building inspector and they will meet you in court with a notice of violation.

How can I reject them and veer away from giving them the application without sounding rude or violating any rights?

Building and code violations will remain so do a lien search before buying one of those as they could end up been pretty high depending on the municipality
