There are endless possibilities, I've kinda brought that up with @Joshua DorkinT-***** to refrigerators, credit cards, hotel deals, rental cars, heck, we could open our own bank!

It can be anything from selling baseball cards to buying and selling items on Ebay.

nice thing about junior liens, be they 2nd mortgages or IRS or credit card, is that you can negotiate.

I find it easier to learn by listening, taking practice exams, using flash cards, and when driving listening to CDs.

They might even help you increase the limit on your credit card,  so you can finance your education with them.  

Transportation is another area, some don't know how to take a bus on a route and planning to get places on time.

Join your local REIA, get business cards, a website, Facebook page and take action.

Let me explain what I mean...Traditional marketing like radio, tv, newspaper, direct mail, flyers and card decks are next to worthless and they cost too much money in most cases.  

For 'pop' rooms I would use the darker variations on the paint sample card.
