I'm definitely willing to put more work in by managing the rehab process or the property but I just don't have experience doing this yet so if my partner is willing to teach me then that'll be great.The whole reason for this process is so I don't have to get into a contract with a seller without the actual means of executing it.

I would strongly recommend going a different route than probate unless you have a course or a guide to teach you that and you 100% stick to that choice.

@Kevin Taylor I'll echo @Irene Nash - there is no degree that will teach you more than the actual experience of just getting started doing real estate and honestly a Masters degree won't qualify you more than other investors.

No class that you pay for on wholesaling with be worth the money because those systems are built for mass consumption and to make money, not to actually teach you how to wholesale in your market.
