I am enrolled in the Fortune Builders Wholesaling Boot Camp. I've been taking a lot of notes, but still a bit confused on how to get out there to do first deal. I'm excited, to move forward, but not done with all the online courses. So far, great information, it feel like a seminar not a class. I'm hoping to get to the real steps in getting out there for first deal. Any insight would be great.

You're not going to find out how to get out there and do a first deal. You're going to get just enough irrelevant, dated information to sign up for the next step, which will be a few thousands dollars. And in that one you'll get just enough to get you to sign up for the next step, which will be tens of thousands of dollars. And after that you'll be right back where you are now, not knowing how to do a deal.

Markets change, but the guru tactics are very consistent.
