It would be helpful to have an app that allows us to track rent collected (yes, we collect rent both via mailed checks and in-person; this is one of the downsides of our particular tenant clientele), invoices paid, etc. without having to do so when we return home.

We can include commercial, residential, and mobile home.

It takes a little time to setup, and there are connection issues from time to time (not due to Mint) but I find it an extremely valuable app.
