Hello all,

I own and manage 6 single-family home rentals and assist my father with over 100 single-family home rentals as well in lower-income areas. We spend much of our time out in the neighborhoods meeting contractors, collecting rent, and showing properties. It would be helpful to have an app that allows us to track rent collected (yes, we collect rent both via mailed checks and in-person; this is one of the downsides of our particular tenant clientele), invoices paid, etc. without having to do so when we return home. It would also be nice to have this sync with some type of program on my PC; right now I use Excel and manually track rents and incomes for my properties; my father still uses the old-fashioned pen and paper.

Any suggestions?
