Are you taken less seriously if your not PRO? Or are you just as official with a PLUS account?

Frankly I never considered the PLUS membership.  I didn't see a lot of benefits from it.  Best advice I have if you are considering going PRO is to go to the Webinar link under the Resources menu and sign up for one of the weekly webinars.  Watch it till the end and you will be glad you did.

As far as how you are perceived on BP, I am not sure if it really matters too much.  Votes, Post counts, and known history of posters matters to me.  But then I use BP more as an information source.  If you are trying to work deals though it with other members or generate business I think it is probably very important to add a slight level of weeding out fly by nighters.
